说明

这是一种遥控式农业喷药小飞机,机体型娇小而功能强大,可负载10L农药,在低空喷洒农药,每分钟可完成一亩地的作业。其喷洒效率是传统人工的30倍。该飞机采用智能操控,操作手通过地面遥控器及GPS定位对其实施控制,其旋翼产生的向下气流有助于增加雾流对作物的穿透性,防治效果好,同时远距离操控施药大大提高了农药喷洒的安全性。

理念
在设计过程中,如何将无人机本身的重量降到最低是一大难题,同时还需要满足雨天作业,以及后期清洗的防水处理,由于内部元器件发热量大,散热也是一个令人头痛的问题。另一方面还需要降低无人机降落到地面时由于惯性对内部元器件的损害。 因此我们我们最后给出的方案为无人机外壳以及骨架均采用碳纤维材料,主体部分采用模块化设计,方便安装与拆卸同时解决防水问题。至于散热,我们设计了一款L型的吹塑水箱,在满足载药量不变的同时,让水箱辅助散热。然后在支架底部设计了缓冲器,有效解决了无人机降落时缓冲的问题。
